I started drawing potatoes during the pandemic because I was sad and potatoes are my favorite vegetable. I wanted to give my potato blob a name and my partner suggested “Sad Potato” and thus Sad Potato Club was born. On my instagram account I post memes and relatable potato things and for my mail club I have created a whole fantasy world of Potato: Sad Potato goes shopping, Sad Potato sells cotton candy, Sad Potato likes journaling, Sad Potato does potato things.
