Most story subscriptions serialize one tale across a year of letters. The Exchange does the opposite: every letter is a complete, standalone scary story — beginning, middle, and end in a single envelope — so any mailing can be your first. Members receive two letters a month, mailed on the 1st and 15th, each with a hand-finished kraft envelope, a real stamp, and a short note from the Shed where the stories are kept. Every member gets a permanent Exchange membership number that doubles as a referral code: when someone joins with your number, you both receive a bonus story.
