I'm Ashleigh of Ashleigh's Kitchen Mail Club. A monthly snail mail club based in New Zealand, created for people who love cooking, collecting beautiful recipe cards, and a little mailbox happiness. 

Each month is built around a different ingredient or seasonal theme, featuring four illustrated recipe cards inspired by family recipes, favourite dishes, and memories made in the kitchen. Alongside each recipe, I share the stories behind them in the hope they'll inspire new traditions in your own home. You will also get 2 free gifts and a word search that hides next month's theme.

Kettle Letter was born to recreate that lovely moments around the kitchen table. Sharing stories, recipes & tea 

I’m Anna, a Polish-born chef and storyteller living in Australia.
 
Kettle Letter is my monthly snail-mail club, inspired by those lovely, unplanned kitchen-table visits when someone popped in for tea and stayed for a good chat.
 
 Kettle Letter isn’t a traditional stationery subscription or an art club. It’s an invitation to pull up a chair at my kitchen table. 
 
 Some months we’ll laugh about the ridiculous things that happened to me growing up in Poland. Other months, we’ll talk about friendship, family, food and the little moments that somehow stay with us for decades. 
 
 There will always be something good from my kitchen, and a few lovely things to keep. 
 
 No two months will be quite the same.
