I'm Ashleigh of Ashleigh's Kitchen Mail Club. A monthly snail mail club based in New Zealand, created for people who love cooking, collecting beautiful recipe cards, and a little mailbox happiness. 

Each month is built around a different ingredient or seasonal theme, featuring four illustrated recipe cards inspired by family recipes, favourite dishes, and memories made in the kitchen. Alongside each recipe, I share the stories behind them in the hope they'll inspire new traditions in your own home. You will also get 2 free gifts and a word search that hides next month's theme.

When The Gorgeous Spice Company first began, seven years ago, part of the idea was wonderfully old-fashioned: make something, pack it up, put a stamp on it, and send it out into the world.

Notes from the Gorgeous Kitchen is a return to that.

There’s something special about receiving physical mail that feels different — especially now. And that felt like the right way to share some of the things that don’t quite belong anywhere else: ideas, recipes, ingredients, books, musings and small discoveries that make cooking more interesting.

It’s a monthly piece of correspondence from the Gorgeous Kitchen, sent with the hope that somewhere in it you’ll find something that makes you want to cook, look something up, get creative, try something new, or simply think about food a little differently.
