Aunt Ruby Snail Mail Club is a beautiful piece of post to make you smile, reflect and feel understood. It's finally a positive touchpoint with the condition, because we have enough 'ugh' to deal with already.

What's in the envelope?

A DL envelope with your address handwritten, decorated with a custom Aunt Ruby postage stamp, ink stamps, and a wax-seal to make it a proper moment

1 x A4 letter from me, typed in a font I made from my own handwriting

1 x poem on patterned cardstock - raw and heartfelt articulations of little moments

3-4 x thoughtful extras which will change each month (these first few envelopes will include a door hanger for when you need to be left alone, a permission slip, herbal tea, stickers, postcards, journalling prompts, affirmations, bookmarks and more)

If you struggle with cancelling plans, indecision, guilt, fatigue, pain, mood and hormone swings, talking about it, and gaslighting yourself, I've written these poems for you. Let this mail club help you walk through the rain. It won't ease your pain or other symptoms (if only), but it might provide an outlet and encourage a more positive relationship with this thing we have to live with.

Come join us, and I'm pretty sure we'll both feel a little better after every envelope.

Monthly mailings featuring hand-pressed wildflowers, botanical illustrations, and letters about the natural world written by a botanist.

The Wildflower Post is a labor of love from a botanist who collects and presses wildflowers throughout the year. Each month's mailing includes a pressed flower specimen, a botanical illustration, a letter about the plant's history and ecology, and a small seed packet. It is a genuinely educational and beautiful subscription for anyone who loves plants and the outdoors.
