Dear Darling was originally inspired by my growing love for junk journaling. In the last year I joined a couple sisterhood of the traveling journal groups and slowly realized how many people worldwide also share a passion and care for curated, thoughtful, and cute stationary. How did I not know this entire community existed? IM NOT SURE. The name “Darling” actually came from my street name that I reside. Each month always includes a 5x7 postcard, 4x6 mini print recipe card, lots of stickers, and extras that go along with the monthly theme like bookmarks, receipts, even fabric samples. All the items you like to use in junk journal spreads. You can expect to be overly fulfilled, my motto is “more is more”. You’ll find that I often go over  the 1oz limit even though I try my absolute best to stay under and save the expense of extra postage, but it’s so worth it to fit those little extra suprises in.

When I was growing up, my grandmother faithfully corresponded with friends she had made while living near a naval air base. Though they eventually settled in different parts of the country, their friendships continued through the mail. Their letters were filled with everyday life—family stories, favorite recipes, books they loved, household tips, encouragement, and the little discoveries that made life richer.

That spirit inspired Mountain Post Society.
