The Switchback Post is a monthly snail mail club for women celebrating life after a difficult romantic relationship. After spending 22 years in an emotionally destructive relationship, I know a thing or two about starting over. That's why I created The Switchback Post.

It's a monthly snail mail club for women who've been through difficult relationships and are finding their way toward happier, freer lives. Whether you're just beginning to rebuild or have been enjoying your independence for years, there's room for you here.

Every month, a cheerful envelope arrives in your mailbox with seven little surprises tucked inside:
