Top Floor Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription for people who love travel, hotels, and the stories that happen along the way.

Every month features a new travel-inspired theme and includes 4–5 curated items such as postcards, paper goods, souvenirs, travel ephemera, stickers, and other surprises designed to bring a little bit of the journey to your mailbox.

I host Top Floor with Susan Barry, a podcast about creativity in the business of hospitality and travel. We explore all things hospitality and travel with guests from every corner of the industry.

Our interviews with creators, thought leaders, and hospitality groundbreakers are designed to provide practical tactics that hoteliers, restaurateurs, and travel mavens can use to improve their businesses and careers.

Along the way, we answer burning questions submitted on the Emergency Call Button and share the funniest, craziest, just-plain-weirdest stories down at the Loading Dock.

Top Floor Mail Club is a natural extension of the show, with all kinds of whimsical and esoteric goodies on a unique monthly theme, inspired by travel and hospitality.
