I’m Tasha, a retired Army veteran who knows what it means to stay strong through heavy seasons and start over. I created MailBox Therapy for women 50+ who’ve carried a lot and need words that comfort, restore, and remind them they’re not alone. I create heartfelt letters for women 50+ who have been strong for far too long. Each letter is written with love, offering healing words meant to be felt, not just read.
