I’m Tasha, a retired Army veteran who knows what it means to stay strong through heavy seasons and start over. I created MailBox Therapy for women 50+ who’ve carried a lot and need words that comfort, restore, and remind them they’re not alone. I create heartfelt letters for women 50+ who have been strong for far too long. Each letter is written with love, offering healing words meant to be felt, not just read. Whether you are starting over, feeling unseen, or simply need a reminder of your strength, there is something here for you. From one strong woman to another, you are not alone.

Beautifully illustrated story letters, mailed twice monthly. Pick a series (WWII romance, the Gilded Age, Regency England, the American West) and follow it unfold through your mailbox over the course of a year.

Beautifully illustrated story letters, mailed twice monthly. You pick a series, and an original story arrives as letters written from the characters' point of view, two a month for a year. Envelopes come packed with extras: postcards, telegrams, maps, recipes. The series span eras and genres, from a WWII romance to the Gilded Age, Regency England, and the American West. It's a popular gift, and many people read along with family or friends.
