I’m Tasha, a retired Army veteran who knows what it means to stay strong through heavy seasons and start over. I created MailBox Therapy for women 50+ who’ve carried a lot and need words that comfort, restore, and remind them they’re not alone. I create heartfelt letters for women 50+ who have been strong for far too long. Each letter is written with love, offering healing words meant to be felt, not just read. Whether you are starting over, feeling unseen, or simply need a reminder of your strength, there is something here for you. From one strong woman to another, you are not alone.
