A cozy missive of wonder and beauty, observations, thoughts and ponderings on nature and humans. Hand-drawn not digital. Real, a bit rustic, and human... from my hands and heart to yours. Each month you’ll get a letter, writings, and lots of art including a mini art print and other surprises... which I try to keep to the useful sort such as postcards or bookmarks. But NO PLASTIC... so, no stickers!

A cozy missive of wonder and beauty, observations, thoughts and ponderings on nature and humans… created the old fashioned way with pens, colored pencils and paints, and occasional photos. It is not digital art. I rarely use Photoshop and I do not draw on a tablet or use any other digital tools.
Earthbeat is real, a bit rustic, and human... from my hands and heart to yours.

Each month you'll get a letter, writings (sometimes even poems), and lots of art including a monthly mini art print and other surprises... which I try to keep to the useful sort such as postcards or bookmarks. But NO PLASTIC... so, no stickers!

I love making art that people can hold in their hands, connecting with others, and sharing positivity. There are always uplifting things to be found, even when times are rough.

The Potting Shed Post delivers Garden Notes on design and techniques, rotating visits to other gardens, photo postcards, seasonal paper goodies straight to your mailbox every month.

I'm Kathy. I created the Potting Shed Post out of my love of gardening and my desire to share my small backyard garden with fellow gardeners in a tangible and non-digital way. Each month I share tips and insight into design, plant knowledge, garden visits, and seasonal interest. I enclose postcards with photos I took myself in my own garden and gardens I visit. And because I love journaling and stickers there will be a few of those too sprinkled in just for fun.
