The Switchback Post is a monthly snail mail club for women celebrating life after a difficult romantic relationship. Every envelope contains seven thoughtfully chosen surprises, including a personal letter, artwork, a recipe, a sticker, and a little humor. Created from personal experience, it's a joyful reminder that there's so much life to look forward to.

After spending 22 years in an emotionally destructive relationship, I know a thing or two about starting over. I also know that finding your way forward isn't all serious reflection and personal growth. Sometimes it's about rediscovering your sense of humor, celebrating your freedom, and remembering how wonderful the little things in life can be.

That's why I created The Switchback Post.

It's a monthly snail mail club for women who've been through difficult relationships and are finding their way toward happier, freer lives. Whether you're just beginning to rebuild or have been enjoying your independence for years, there's room for you here.

Every month, a cheerful envelope arrives in your mailbox with seven little surprises tucked inside:

A personal letter from me
A custom sticker
A cozy or nostalgic recipe
A vintage-inspired postcard
A miniature piece of artwork
Something silly to make you laugh
Something useful

I keep the details a secret. After all, half the fun is opening an envelope when you have absolutely no idea what's waiting inside!

The Switchback Post is a celebration of the women we are, the freedom we've found, and the lives we're creating.

And you don't have to be a subscriber yourself to share that happiness. Gift subscriptions are available for anyone who wants to remind a mother, daughter, sister, or friend that she's loved, celebrated, and deserving of wonderful things.

Each envelope is thoughtfully created and packed by me, with plenty of heart, a little sass, and the occasional ridiculous surprise.

Because after everything we've been through, I think we've earned some good mail. ❤️💌

Each month, a physical transmission arrives from the GNARRGNARRverse: a new chapter in an unfolding story, a Fact-or-Fiction mystery you must solve yourself, a collectible sticker, an exclusive art print, and a folded secret message you're instructed to destroy after reading. Every transmission reveals another piece of the weird puzzle.

Every month, a physical transmission arrives from the GNARRGNARRverse straight to your mailbox. Inside, you'll find the next chapter in an unfolding story — plus a second, standalone tale that's either fact or fiction. You'll have to decide which.

You will also find a collectible sticker, an exclusive art print, and mysterious flyers with QR codes leading to other strange and wonderful curiosities.

And then there's the secret.

A folded message meant for your eyes only. After reading it, you're instructed to destroy it — and provide proof that you did. Some transmissions are real. Some aren't. Your job is to figure out which is which.

Every month reveals another piece of the weird puzzle.

$13/month. No long-term commitment. Leave whenever you want.
